Betty is a registered massage therapist who graduated from an advanced program at Kikkawa College in Toronto. She began her career as a holistic practitioner back in France in 2006. As a former competitive gymnast, with a background in nursing, and a passion for learning new techniques, she seamlessly incorporates Swedish, deep tissue, Thai, and Ayurvedic massage adapting to your unique needs.

Striving to understand the human condition, movement, and the impact of lifestyle stressors, Betty treats sports injuries, acute and chronic pain in a comprehensive way. She focuses on a philosophy of wellness that puts you first while balancing your body and mind.

Her philosophy is that “everyone deserves to be happy” which warrants care and attention.

When Betty is not treating her clients, you will find her discovering new land, cooking vegan for her friends and family, biking around Toronto, swimming, dancing and volunteering internationally.
